buy a scanner from HP or canon or epson or any other which supports TMA (Transparent Materials Adapter). with it u can scan 35mm slides and 35mm films too.

HP has about 15 models which can scan slides or negatives as well as plain old prints, from $ 100 on up. Canon and Epson probably do, too — search their websites for “Photo Scanners”.
