There is no option under Scanners and Cameras to share the scanner.

You should be able to. Once it is installed on the main computer, right click on the printer icon in the “Printer and Fax” section of the control panel. Then go down to Share Printer. Fill out the Info on the little pop up page.

On the other computers on the network that you want to add the printer to. Go to add printer in the “Printer and Fax” under the control panel setion. Choose to add the printer that is on the network. Then it will tell you to find it. Double click on the computer that the printer is connected to. Then below it should appear the name for the printer that you set in the little info window that popped on the other computer. Click on the printer name and then click next, and let it install. If it doesn’t work, I’m sorry.

My HP is a All-In-One. I don’t know if it having the printing option as well makes a difference. But I know that with the software, it always to scan documents to other comptuers on the network.
