how can i tell how much ink is in my ink cartridge, its saying i need to refill but im not sure what ink needs doing and if its both is there a way i can look.
This may be everything about how can i see how much ink i have left in my ink cartridge? that you could be must solve problems independently. I really hope this assists in many ways; and build your own life far better. There should be a printer utility that was loaded when you installed the driver for the printer. This printer utility will let you do things like clean the heads and check ink levels. You have to look around and find the printer info, and a place to start would be Control Panel / Printers

The level of ink from a cartridge can be shown depending on the driver and type of the printer. i can’t know those things because you haven’t presented that information in your question.

go into ms word, notepad or wordpad. go to file->print->preferences
there should be the pictures of the cartridges and the ink level if it doesnt press “get ink levels”

Go to “Printer & Faxes” click on “Properties” then “printing Preferences” then “Maintenance” in the box that comes up, you will see a list of thing to do with the printer, and it should be number 5 on the list. just click on it and it will show you how much ink you have in the printer.
