I have an’02 Olds Intrigue. According to the “Scanner”, nothing is wrong. After I make a right turn, some warning lights come on. “Check Engine”, ABS, Traction, Change Oil. The car is running and performing great, but this is frustrating. How can I stop these lights from coming on without a fault?

What is probably happening is that there is a loose cable to your PCM. Making a right turn exacerbates the problem. Go in with the car running and tap on the box where you plugged the scanner in to and tap on the side of the box. It may be that the PCM needs to be replaced because of loose connections withing.

There is a fault, most if not all generic scan tools will not pick up U-Codes which are communication codes most often & all of them dont read Body Control Module or other NON PCM/ECM module codes as well. You will need a Tech 2 to do that. I suggest you take it to your nearest GM dealership & let them look at it.
